Recently received a quote to replace extensive house guttering which included a recommendation to get a professional painter to strip the fascia back, treat rust, prime and repaint. I really appreciated Rauno’s quick response and advice why he professionally did not feel comfortable taking on the job with the likelihood that prepping and painting would not be the best way forward. I very much appreciated that directness and honesty. So won’t be working with Rauno on this job but will be back with a more suitable job. (Have worked with the guttering contractor to find a solution - they will do the prep work when removing the gutters and make any replacement recommendations of segments, we’ll do the fascia painting and they’ll come back to replace any fascia segments plus install new guttering). A disaster avoided. Thank you, Rauno.
